YUMMY RECIPES:

Banana Oat Pancakes:
– 1 Cup Oatmeal (Oats)
– 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
– 1 Banana

Mango Nice-cream:
– 2 Frozen Bananas
– 1/2 Cup of Frozen Mangos

Berry Oatmeal:
– 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
– 1 Cup Almond Milk

Chocolate Protein Smoothie:
[Protein is optional but it tastes better with it!!]
– 2 Frozen Bananas
– 1 Cup Almond Milk
– 1/2 Cup Water
– 1-2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder (Sun Warrior Brand)
– 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Coco Powder
– 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Powder OR 1 Tablespoon of All Natural Peanut Butter
