Dad is the master of seafood and for this Italian seafood dinner party he prepared 14 seafood starters, 2 seafood pasta, 2 seafood main courses followed by 2 desserts. The seafood dinnery party was held at our favorite Italian winery Cantina Zaccagnini in the heart of Abruzzo.

Hi Vincenzo the food looks so delicious!! i wish there was a spear seat for me, I’d love to sit down to all those courses, whether or not I’d finish eating 20 courses would be impossible for me, but as you know Europeans eat all night😄😄😄😄😄😄 especially when there’s good company, good conversations & good food, no one ends up going home until the early hours of the morning. What fun!! I love sea food but it’s always expensive, I wish I could eat it more often during the week. My mum use to cook fish or sea food every Friday’s, which I have continued to do in my own family. I have a few favorites, pasta alle vongole, Marinara, pasta & prawns, pasta & muscles really yummy!! Just to name a few & there’s many more. Thanks guys, have fun. Grazie Ciao Ciao 🤗

  3. Grande Vincenzo’s Plate i tuoi piatti sono sempre il top e mi fai venire l’acquolina in bocca.
    Purtroppo vieni da una famiglia dove l’eccellenza della cucina regna e dove si seguono le tradizioni vere abruzzesi per cui tu ti trovi avvantaggiato e non puoi che replicare alla grande.
