VEGAN PANCAKE RECIPE:
1cup of rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of cinnaom
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup of non dairy mylk
Blend oats into a flour. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and ripe banana. Blend. Add the mylk and blend again. Transfer batter to a bowl. Cook like normal pancakes in medium low heat.
PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE:
combine 2tbs of PB2 with your desired amount of maple syrup. Add water if you want a thinner sauce.
I topped my pancakes with the PB sauce, another banana, and coconut flakes. 🙂
