1 Cup cooked Arhar Dal (Pigeon pea)
1.25 Cup Atta (Wheat Flour)
1 Medium Chopped Onion
3 Hari Mirch (Green Chilies)
3 TBSP Chopped Hara Dhania (Coriander)
1/2 TBSP Ajwain (Ajowan)
1 TBSP Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
1 TBSP Chopped Lehsun (Garlic)
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
