Curd Poha :
This is a very easy to prepare Breakfast recipe with soaking the Rice flakes / Poha , Curds and seasoning them.
You can find Rice flakes in the grocers with different thickness.
Each variety of Rice flakes which varies in thickness is used in the preparation of Rice flakes recipes.For this Curd Poha Medium thickness Rice flakes have to be used.
Rice Flakes / Poha/ Atukulu – 1 cup (med thickness flakes )
Curd 1 cup
Green chilies – 2 (or acc to your pref)
for seasoning :
urad dal, bengal gram dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida
salt to taste
oil – 1 spoon
few curry leaves and coriander leaves
