This Crispy Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe is one of my favorite dishes to make for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Chicken cutlets (thin sliced chicken breast) cook so quickly and it can be served with a veggie on the side.

  1. Hi Joanne just made this tonight with some fried rice. first time I cooked the two breasts they weren’t cooked all the way in, had the heat to high. turned it low and it came out to perfection!! I appreciate it!!!

  2. Made this last night and it turned out great! I changed mine a tad – used pre grated romano cheese, no rosemary in the eggs, and used store brand seasoned bread crumbs. I’m thinking the recipe in the video would taste even better but my simplified version worked great too!

  3. I just tried it. I didn’t have that specific cheese so I used some other kinds of cheese. I also used a spray bottle to limit the usage of oil a bit(I am cheap). I basically followed your instructions. Amazingly, this is like the best chicken breast I have ever had. Thank you soooo much for making this easy for we beginners. I guess I will have chicken for a couple of weeks lol.

  4. I suggest people to not use olive oil but coconut oil. You have a lower chance of burning your chicken, and it gives the bread a more golden look. As well as bring out the flavor of the ingredients a whole lot more.
