  3. Could you make this with regular potatoes? I know you have a sweet potato in this video, but for curiosity’s sake could you do it with plain potatoes? Regardless look very nice.

  4. Yeah I certainly would add something to this recipe, its good but bland if you do it with just the ingredients in the video. I added 2-3 table spoons of lemon juice, and 2 table spoons of sugar. Of course if you want to be healthier add something like coconut sugar. You could also add garlic & ginger.

  5. 1. A can of full fat coconut milk has 60 grams of saturated fat. Wow.

  6. Pretty funny how he is so anti-saturated fat, but yet he eats coconut milk, which contains a shitload of saturated fat (no it’s not only MCT’s you idiots). Coconut oil and milk has recently been shown to increase LDL, so what is your excuse for that Richard?
