    I am 1/4 Spaniard and 1/4 Italian.

Hi Laura, my name is Verónica Azofeifa, I live in Costa Rica, I baking for celiac disease people, I’m celiac too, love your recipes and I always try to convert them into a gluten free option, with rice flour and xantan gum, or tapioca flour…. Last night I made this cookies and my family gone crazy…. these are absolutely delicious, we eate them with a little glass of eggnog, was christmas for an hour. Thank you.

  3. +Lauraannrp1 hope you will see this late comment but u don’t have to grease or put parchment because or else the cookie will not stick on the baking sheet. Hope this answers ur question

  4. Can you freeze the dough after you press them out? I don’t want to bake them immediately but I’m worried freezing the dough might affect the taste of the cream cheese.

  6. These look wonderful especially with the added cream cheese.  I was wondering in the video you said you were putting in 1 tablespoon of vanilla but the recipe says 2 teaspoons-could you clarify this for me…thanks so much!
