Christmas special recipe – Plum Pudding


Plum Pudding Recipe
Ingredients

Butter – 225 gms
Ghee – 25 gms
Sugar – 250 gms
Eggs – 5
Jam – 50 gms
Liquid Glucose – 25 gms
Cinnamon powder – 10 gms
Flour – 250 gms
Cardamom powder – 5 gm
Clove powder – 2 gm
Jeera powder – 1 gm
Star anise powder – 2 gm
Orange zest – 1
Lemon zest – 2
Blackjack food colour – 2 tsp
Dry Fruits – 600 gms

Method:
1. In a wide bowl add Butter, Ghee, Sugar & mix well.
2. Now add Eggs one after another & mix well.
3. Then add Jam, Liquid Glucose & mix well.
4. Add Cinnamon powder, Flour, Cardamom powder, Clove powder, Jeera powder, Star anise powder & mix well.
5. Add Orange zest, Lemon zest, Blackjack food colour & mix well.
6. Add Dry Fruits & mix well.
7. Grease the mold & pour the batter.
8. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
9. Dust it with Icing Sugar.
