  1. I have watched allot of your videos and some of your specials on tv. I have learn allot by watching. But, my thing is I never have the natural ingredients. I have like for example, Garlic powder and or Parsley in a jar. I am assuming there is a big difference. But, if someone is on a fixed income and that is all they can afford. Is it okay to use those ingredients? Just want to say that, You are a great chef and watching you put foods together , you make it look so easy. Your mother is a beautiful lady and she seems sweet. I was just wondering also, if you wife cooks for you sometimes and or you are in the kitchen cooking for your family, instead?  Also, When you say grams as a measurement, I am a little confused. My measuring cups says 1 cup/ 2/3 cups/ etc. Can you tell me the correct measurement in those measurements?
Thanks Chef Ramsey, You are the greatest. You and your family have a Bless Holiday.
