POTATOES – per person
A few potatoes
1/2T avocado oil
1 clove garlic

BRUSSEL SPROUTS – per person
4-6 brussel sprouts
1-2 sundried tomatoes
1/4t liquid smoke
salt
1t vegan butter

MAPLE GLAZED CARROTS – per person
1-2 carrots
1/2T maple syrup
1/2T vegan butter
salt
