* 200g box whole chestnuts (Merchant Gourmet)
1. Prepare sprouts and gently cook in boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and return to hot pot and place lid on top to keep warm. Add small knob of butter.
2. Heat whole chestnuts in microwave for 1 ½ minutes then toss through sprouts and transfer to serving dish.
