Melody making Christmas Breakfast Casserole ahead of time for Christmas morning 2011. With Christy investigating the salt container lid, Mama video taping and the kids watching a movie and playing pool in the other room.
The recipe is basically:
About 2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (in the pan)
about 6 to 8 eggs- whisked & seasoned
a pound of cooked ground sausage
and grated cheese (she’s grating cheese).

Place the breadcrumbs on the bottom of your casserole dish. Mix the sausage and eggs, then pour over bread crumbs and then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about an hour in a medium oven (about 350).
