How doesn’t like chocolate?

This smoothie not only is full of flavor but it also will give you energy and nutrients to start your day.

This smoothie will give you:
– Healthy fats
– Protein
– Carbohydrates and Fiber
– Calcium, Iron and Potassium

Ingredients:(2 cups of smoothie)
– 1 Ripe Banana
– 2 Dates
– 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
– Cacao/Carob powder (Desired amount)
– 1 cup Plant-Based Milk
– Shredded Coconut

– Blend all ingredients in a blender.
– Top with Shredded Coconut
– Increase amount of ingredients for more portions.
