CHICKPEA FLOUR QUICHE // vegan recipe


Hello!

Here is a recipe for a very quick and simple vegan quiche. We eat this probably once a week or at least every other week, because is so easy to make and it is very delicious.
You can use different vegetables if you like and you can also add beans, tofu,..

RECIPE:

1 C of chickpea flour
1 C of white flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 C of veggies (whatever you like)
Water
1 tsp of paprika
½ tsp of asafetida
½ tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of oregano
Salt
Pepper
Put both flours in a bowl with all the spices and baking powder. Then mix in a little bit of water. You need a thick batter.
Add the veggies you choose and mix them in.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

RECEPT :

1 skodelica čičerikine moke
1 skodelica navadne moke
1 žlička pecilnega praška
1 skodelica mešane zelenjave
voda
1 žlička sladke paprike
1/4 žličke asafetide
1/2 žličke kurkume
1 žlička origana
sol
poper

V sledi zmešajte obe moki in pecilni prašek. Zelenjavo narežite na manjše koščke in jo skupaj z vsemi začimbami in vodo dodajte v skledo. Vode naj bo toliko, da bo masa zelo gosta. Prelijte v pekač in pecite na 180°C približno 30 minut.
