  1. Ok, however I still think you should/could call it something else – chicken fried veg or cauliflower, as calling it rice can be construed as rather misleading. Who knows? I might actually try it though I’m not a cauliflower fan. At all.

  2. Sorry – call it stir fried cauliflower NOT rice. I tuned in because I like rice but as soon as you said wait – I was gone. You could use basmati rice as it’s not as bad as long grain.

  3. Cauliflower is really a great sub. after a year on Lc/ keto . It seems to take on what ever flavor you mix it with . I did chili & put it in place of beans , it was amazing . Some time’s I lightly brown it first , before adding it to my concoctions . That give’s it another different texture /flavor .. This look’s Yummy going to buy some ingredients  🙂

  4. Loving these videos! Going to try all your low carb recipes very soon. Can you consider making a video on low carb brownies that will taste good. I haven’t found anything that is good tasting and satisfying. Thanks

  5. or low carb and high fat meal try using regular pork rinds and use a food processor to turn them into bread crumbs. Batter chicken thighs or whatever just like you would frying food and use the pork rinds crumbs as your batter plus egg wash so it can stick.
