  1. Excellent, excellent stuff. High-street restaurant are slowly getting there, but it’s still hard to find vegan dishes. Most places seem to assume that, if you’re vegetarian, you must like goat’s cheese pastries, because that’s the main veggie option they always seem to serve. Uninventive.
