  1. Coming from a Sicilian family with a grandfather from Sicily you’d think my favorite food would be pasta slathered in Marinara or some kind of red sauce. Close. My favorite food is pasta in a garlic-butter-oil sauce. Inexpensive, quick, incredibly flavorful, very versatile…need I go on? Plus I’ve never met a person who didn’t like it! I have page after page of notes from the different pasta dishes I’ve made using this sauce. I think I’ll start my own YouTube channel to present the recipes.

  2. I am wndering if this will go well with chicken kiev or chicken florentine as a side dish? I need an answer! I wanna use elbow macaroni instead of spaghetti, is that fine? thanks in advance! 🙂

  3. Tips from a fairly good Italian cook don’t put oil in your boilling water the salt already do all the effects the oil can do. And you want your Pasta Al Dente so no oil.
