PORRIDGE SERVED WITH FRUITS, this is a fast and easy healthy breakfast. It is a great breakfast meal and also for beginners.
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS:
Porridge
50 g oats
150 g milk
Honey
Fruit
Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds)
Salt
Lemon Flavor

METHOD:

1.Crush up nuts, add salt and oats.
2.Roast about 10 minutes on 160 degrees.
3.Add honey and roast 5 more minutes
4. Cut up fruit. Melt butter in a pan.
5. Nicely cook the fruit with the butter until it gets a
nice golden colour.
6. Soak the oats in 100gr milk overnight in the fridge with the salt.
7. In the morning, heat up the rest of the milk, add the overnight mix
and honey and cook to your liking, takes about 2 or 3 minutes.
8. Put in a bowl with a mob of butter and put fruit and toppings on
top.
