Today I’ll share with you 3 breakfast ideas!
You shouldn’t miss breakfasts. Missing breakfasts is not healthy at all. Moreover, breakfast is a great time to treat yourself to something nice and yummy.
That is why today I will share with you 3 tasty and easy breakfast recipes.

Poached Egg in the Microwave

Recipe:
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)

Mix some salt and vinegar in a mug. Pour some boiling water into the mug so that it takes up to 2/3 (two thirds) of it. Next, break an egg into the mug.
After that you need to do everything very quickly. Put the mug into the microwave for 1.5 minutes at full power. The time may vary depending on your microwave’s power. Mine has got 900W.
As the time has passed, you should get an egg that is hard outside but liquid inside.

Breakfast Oatmeal Smoothie

Recipe:
1 orange
2 small bananas (or 1 big)
3 tablespoons of oatmeal (cooked)
1 tablespoons of honey
5 walnuts
1/2 cup of natural yogurt

Juice 1 orange. Fresh orange juice is rich in vitamins and can provide you with vitality and alertness for the rest of the day.
Put the banana(s), some oatmeal and a tablespoon of honey into the blender.
Pour the fresh orange juice and some natural yoghurt over these ingredients. If you like nuts, you can also add them here.
Now you just need to wait until the blender finishes working and you can enjoy this tasty, filling and healthy drink.

Banana Pancakes

Recipe:
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
a pinch of vanillin
4-5 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg
50 g melted butter
200 ml milk
2 ripe bananas

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add a pinch of vanillin and sugar to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well and put the bowl aside for a while.
Take a couple of ripe bananas and puree them with a fork.
Break an egg and beat it in a bowl, add some milk and the melted butter to the egg. Watch out for the butter not to be too hot, otherwise you’ll get a scrambled egg instead of a raw one.
Now it’s time to mix all the ingredients together to make the pancake batter and you are ready to bake the pancakes. The batter should be as thick as thick sour cream.
After that put a frying pan on the oven and heat it well.
Put some batter onto it, shape it as a pancake and fry it for several minutes on each side. As soon as your pancake starts to look nicely brown, turn it over. You should fry them without any oil. Obviously, the frying pan must have an anti-stick coating. Without it the pancakes will just stick to the pan.
It is really nice to eat the pancakes with fruit, nuts, honey, jam, chocolate sauce or even ice cream.
