This healthy breakfast parfait takes only 5-minutes or less to prepare. Naturally sweetened with bananas and berries, wholesome and crunchy with the toasted homemade granola, healthy probiotics from the plant yogurt, and essential omega-3 fats from the ground flax seeds. This recipe is a delicious way to start any morning… or simply enjoy it as a snack!
