Blackberry Cake And Chestnut Crumble | Vegan

As we picked so many berries yesterday, I decided to make Blackberry Cake with Chestnut crumble. The cake tastes great and here’s the recipe for you to try!



2 cups of spelt flour
2cups of Coconut milk
1/2 cup Agave Syrup ( Adjust Sweetness)
1 cup of Virgin coconut oil
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp of Nutmeg
1/2 tsp of salt

Blackberry Filling

2 cups Blackberries
Agave Syrup (adjust sweetness)


1 cup of Chestnut Flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of Ginger
2 tbsp of Agave Syrup
