Black Bean Veggie Burgers: Organic Vegan Superfood Recipe

  1. I’ve made these twice. No protein powder in your cupboard? Any flour will do, but I used coconut flower and it was awesome. If you use no flour/powder these will fall apart easily. Also, I know he says movement is good but leaving the patties in one place in the pan helped mine not fall apart and they still turned out great. Ghee instead of olive oil, awesome. Purple potatoes and purple carrots (peeling not necessary, I used organic ingredients) and a little purple corn powder make these much darker and “burger colored” and increase the nutritional density. DELICIOUS burgers sir thank you so much, best veg burgers I’ve ever had.

  2. Why so many bean based veggie burgers? They give me gas. I tried a millet based ( I will try a quinoa variation ) recipe and loved it. Got something with less starches like corn and baked instead of fried.
