Today we are going to teach you how to make a delicious breakfast that doesn’t contain any sugar (besides that which may occur naturally in vegetables). Most traditional breakfasts spike your blood sugar to the moon and leave you feeling hungry within an hour of eating, plus set you up for a host of health problems.

The standard American diet (what the average American eats on a daily basis) is extremely high is sugar, refined and processed foods, meat, fat and dairy and sadly low in fresh fruits and vegetables.

In 2005 the Department of Agriculture released a statement saying that only 1 in 10 were eating the minimum recommended amount for vegetables and only ¼ of Americans were eating at least one serving of fruit every day!

Drew i just need to stop putting everyone before me i have so much going on all the time i loose me i’m on the path but its not always easy thats why i love watching your videos helps me to think positive i work 3 different shifts to make ends meet through the whole day i get so tired ya know i love your green keeps me going and i feel good every morning I drink my organify I love it I’m trying to save up more money so I can get a couple more of it every month but it’s hard so that’s my goal to try to be dedicated to taking my organify every morning and in the evening and just start taking care of myself thanks for listening
