Happy Thanksgiving! What’s my favorite Thanksgiving dish, you ask? Anything dessert. So, I’m bringing you a recipe tutorial on the best pumpkin pie recipe of all time (At least in my opinion)! It’s gluten free, dairy free, and vegan! You might think, “can this actually taste good?” Well, it is delicious, and it does not disappoint. Seriously, it is the best pumpkin pie I’ve ever tried, and it’s healthy considering that it is a dessert. The trick is to not tell family and friends that it is a “healthy version” of pumpkin pie before they taste it. I find that saying it’s a “healthy version” sometimes alters people’s opinions of it before they even taste the pie. When people taste test it blindly they are always pleasantly surprised and find it hard to believe that it’s vegan. If you test the recipe, let me know what you think in the comments below.
