  2. I think u should pull your hair bk onto a pony tail. & show people u wash your hands before you start.
    Also using a a wooded spoon to take ingredients out of container, might be a bit easier.
    Just a thought.😊

  4. Yes the enzyme inhibitors are in all nuts and so in almonds dear especially on their skin! What I normally do, is to soak the nuts overnight, peel them, re dry or put in the freezer to use them when ever I need them. I guess for this recipe here you will need the first suggestion. Peace
