  1. I just found you this weekend after a shout out on a Chef AJ vid. I went to my local healthish grocery and they had Bob’s Red Mill Guar Gum. They did not have Agar. Said they use to but now just have Bob’s Guar Gum. Have you had any experience using it? It says it’s a thickener and binder. Thank you.

  2. My mother and i just prepared the recipe for the vegan cheese. Oh my…it was so bland. If it wasn’t for my mother’s expertise as a seasoned cook, this recipe would not have been appealing. We added sea salt, granulated garlic and onion powder. The taste is much more enjoyable. Your recipe is a good base, it just needs to be taken up a notch. Vegan4Life!

  3. I tried one with psyllium husks. It comes out nicely as well. I’m still experimenting to improve the original recipe. I’m going to try your recipe as well. It is great that you don’t use coconut oil.

  4. I just made your onion crackers and they fanulous!!! Also made the chocolate chip cookies and they are great. I just found my agar powder so I can make the cheese. While shopping for the ingredients, I saw Daiya dairy free cream cream cheese and decided to try it. It is chive onion flavor and Fantastic!!! I adore it. My son would not even know : ) Thank for your great recipes. I can indulge without the guilt!!!

  5. I haven’t tried this recipe for cheese yet. I have tried similar recipes using agar agar and they come out like firm jello. I don’t know where I’m going wrong. I’ll try this one. Looks perfect.
