BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES VEGAN


CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES VEGAN EGG FREE/DAIRY FREE – BEST EVER! I have perfected this recipe over the years (due my children having multiple allergies). These are moist, spongey and rise beautifully! They are NOT the healthy kind but they are amazing for a little treat or kids birthday party.

*This batter doesn’t work well as a big cake so do not try to modify. I will have a birthday cake recipe coming up very soon as we have a lot of celebrations this November.*

INGREDIENTS
1Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
330ml/1.4 Cups Plant Based Milk
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Caster Sugar
2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup Melted Coconut Oil

  2. funny how a company will change it’s recipe in another country..here in the US this frosting is NOT Vegan….it has milk and milk by products…and…..we never know for sure about the white refined sugar used here in our products…we have to contact company to find out what company supplies the sugar to know if it is processed with bone char..great cupcake recipe though!!!!…so glad to see a whole family go Vegan!!!!!…
