Chickpea Flour 2 Cups
Spinach 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Fenugreek 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 2 (Chopped)
Onion 1 Small (Chopped)
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as You Required


Take a large bowl and add all ingredients and mix it well and add water (as you required) I used 1 Cup of Water and mix it well and cook in on preheated pan (Use medium flame) cook it from both sides and serve it. Your besan ka cheela for weight loss is ready.
