Banana Oats Pancakes| Quick, Easy ‘n Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Banana pancakes are delicious, quick, easy and healthy way to start your day!!

Ingredients for Banana Pancakes (5-6 pancakes):
Banana – 1 (+1 for egg-less recipe);
Oats/Wheat flour/All-purpose flour(Maida) – 1 cup;
Eggs – 2 (could be substituted with 1 banana and 1 tbsp flax seed powder);
Milk – approx ¾ cup (could be substituted with soy/almond/cashew/coconut milk or plain yogurt/butter milk);
Dates – 6 no. (could be substituted with sugar/honey/maple syrup or other sweeteners);
Salt – ¼ tsp;
Baking powder – ½ tsp (optional);
Cinnamon/cardamom powder – ½ tsp (optional);
Vanilla extract – ½ tsp (optional)
