Ingredients:-
1 Ripe Banana
2 tbsp. Oats
1 cup Chilled Milk
1 tsp. Honey

Method:-
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve chilled.

TIPS:-
1. Soak Dates it hot water and use as an alternative for Honey.
2. Chocolate Syrup can be used to add flavour to the smoothie and let your kids enjoy the smoothie.
