Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas
1 cup low/no fat yoghurt
¼ cup oats (optional but recommended!)
1 cup ice cold milk

  1. I already know how to make this. It’s called “Lquidio” in Spanish.Its actually pretty easy to make.I know how to make it faster and I’m ten.

  3. I added in my favorite breakfast smoothie. If you like peanut butter, check it out. SOOOOO Good. Banana, chocolate milk, peanut butter and oats. Cheers! 🙂

  4. Definitely mate, it was actually the up and go’s that made me start experimenting with cereal in my shakes. 2 weet bix works well too, but the oats are far more transparent.
