!!What a surprise!!! Last but not Least, Here is a smoothie recipe full of Flavor and Nutrients, a Mixed Berry Smoothie!!
This is, hands down, our favorite smoothie.
Thanks to the Strawberry, Blueberry, Blackberry and Raspberry, it contains a great amount of Antioxidants necessary to keep your cells clean.
In addition, it will make you feel fresh and energetic throughout the day.
Ingredients (2 cup of smoothie):
– 1 cup Mixed Berries Frozen or Fresh
– 1 tbsp of Amaranth
– 1 tbsp of Chia seeds
– 1 cup of Orange Juice (This is the secret ingredient)
– Blend all ingredients in blender.
– Increase amount of ingredients for more portions.
