  1. 4:27 Yes !… You must pronounce the word “Bruschetta”…. ” *Brusketta* ” ! ๐Ÿ˜‰
    Many people makes this mistake ! ๐Ÿ˜‰
    PS: 9:31 Which beautiful place among the trees of Tuscany !

  2. @rocky Kanaka Hello, I m Italian and I have really enjoyed watching your videos, you and your wife are really great people ๐Ÿ™‚ In italian coocking , remember something very important, one of the basics in Italian cuisine is the initial seasoning for the sauce;
    So many so many recipes always have the same base: garlic, oil and parsley (for tomato sauce or carbonara pasta it changes in garlic , oil and onion but, in general and for the fish you MUST use PARSELY )
    A veeery simple dish is for example the tuna pasta :
    Take a kitchen blender having a low and large bowl to cut,( NOT high as the patterns for making fruit or vegetable smoothies) , take 800g (1.7637 lb) of canned tuna and make it like a cream;
    Take another kitchen blender veeeery veeery very small and cut into litle pieces your garlic and parsely (you can do it using also a big knife obviously).
    Put it in a pot for sauces ( so, a pot not too big ) your base OIL, GARLIC and PARSELY.
    Add olive oil that just must cover the surface of the bottom of the pot, do not put too much oil ( I saw you what you did with that bread in the video ๐Ÿ™‚ …)
    When you see after a few seconds of middle flame, your garlic begins to change its color, add the cream of tuna you prepared before and mix it with a small flame.
    Ok … now, before burning everything, add 1 glass of water and 2 glasses of white wine .. mix and wait the sauce consumes the water (not too much, it does not have to be cement).
    After a few minutes you have your tuna sauce for 300g of pasta but now I do not remember exactly ๐Ÿ™‚ I hope to be helpful with this veeery simple dish , I like a lot and hope you too.
    Have a nice day man ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. noooo !!! You put too much oil on that bread .. you don t drown it !! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ you r great guys I hope you r always so happy and kind for all your life ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. I keep going back to your Italian videos, LOVE them!! This looked like so much fun, beautiful surroundings!! Was it expensive?? I love cooking and Italian cooking is my favourite. Nothing beats a good pizza or pasta bolognese ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. We just returned from a vacation to France and Italy and I’m dying to make homemade fresh pasta and pizza but am unsure on what kind of flour they really use. I can’t imaging that they would use bleached all purpose flour. I’ve been making my own homemade bread with sprouted wheat flour and it tastes amazing. I love the way they eat foods using high quality ingredients. I love to cook also and am always loving to get advice from others on making better healthier meals. Do you remember what kind of flour was used? Thank you for your videos. I just found your youtube channel and have been watching all day. Your wedding video had me in tears.

  6. Man, that looked like fun. Beautiful scenery and that pizza looked so good. All I know about Italian food is taking it out of the freezer and into the microwave. Thank you I’m enjoying these videos!!

  7. ๐Ÿ‘
    Hey Rocky ,

  8. Fun episode. Scenery was great, too.

    Love to watch other people cook or bake, and I’ll even do clean-up. Some terrific cooks in my family. But me do the cooking? Not so much.

    Buona giornata!
