Aloo puri is a simple,quick & easy breakfast recipe.It can also be served in Lunch & Dinner.It is a tasty & tummy filling dish.Serve these Alu poori with pickle,curd,chutney or raita, or any other sabzi you relish eating the most.But Alu Poori is so crispy & tasty that you can even have these poori without any sabzi.
Making Alu Puri is really easy.One of the secrets to getting this right is to get the consistency of the dough correctly, once the dough is made right the rest of the recipe is pretty simple & easy to prepare.
While kneading the dough,make sure you keep it little stiff. Because when we keep the dough aside to set them the dough gets little wet as potatoes leave their moisture. pooris will puff up
well.
It’s very easy to prepare,

Ingredients:
Wheat flour
Semolina
Boiled potato
Chopped green coriander leaves
Salt
Carom seeds
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala powder
Cumin powder
Cooking oil
Mix all the ingredients & knead a tight stiff dough.Roll it into poori.
Put oil in a pan & once the oil is heated properly Aloo poori.
Serve this super delicious masala aloo puri steaming hot.
