today i will share 6 indian breakfast recipes.

1.VEGETABLE EGG SANDWICH
1 egg add finely chopped onion
add vegetables like carrot, spring onion, capsicum
add pinch of turmeric and chilli powder
some pepper powder
salt to taste
mix well
pour it in dosa pan and make onion veg omelette
take 2 bread slices and place this omelette inside the bread slices and toast on both sides

2. CAULIFLOWER VEG KURMA FOR CHAPATHI
1 cup coconut add 1tsp fennel seeds and 5 green chillis
grind it to a paste
heat 1tsp oil and ghee
add cinnamon stick, 2 clove and cardamom
some curry leaves and mint leaves
add 1 chopped onion and 7 to 8 garlic
salt to taste
sautee well
add tomato
then add in pressure cooked cauliflower
cook for few minutes
add grinded coconut paste
add some water
mix well
then add 1tbsp coriander powder
let it boil
add 1/4th cup of coconut milk
leave it for boil again
kurma is ready to serve for chapathi, roti, and even for dosa and idly

3.IDLY AND RED CHILLI CHUTNEY

4.DOSA SIMPLE KADAPPA PAASI PARUPU SAMBAR
in 1/4th cup of coconut add cumin seeds and pepper seeds and grind it to a paste
heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, 5 red chillis, and some curry leaves
then add chopped onion and garlic
salt to taste
sautee
then add tomato
add in the pressure cooked dal
add some water
1tsp ghee
add turmeric
1/2tsp chilli powder and coriander powder
mix well
let it boil and then add the grinded paste
leave it to boil
add coriander leaves
sambar is ready to serve for dosa/idly

5.RAVA/SUJI DOSA
1/2 cup of rava
add 1/4 cup of wheat rava
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4th cup of maida
then add cumin seeds, some ginger curry leaves
coriander leaves, 2 green chillis
add 1tbsp curd
salt to taste
mix well
add water and mix well
add onion if required
rest it for 1 hour and then start making dosa
Enjoy;-)

6 .POTATO MASALA CHAPATHI ROLL
heat oil
add cinnamon stick, mustard and cumin seeds
some curry leaves 3 green chillis
add chopped onion
salt to taste
some tomato
some capsicum
add turmeric ,1tsp red chilli powder, 1/2tsp garam masala powder
mix well
add some water
add boiled potato
cook for few minutes
potato masala is ready
