  1. I started typing out this whole comment about making these into protein shakes and then she started making one with protein powder! Sooooooooo, I had to delete my comment and put this one…………….although, this one is kind of meaningless, but oh well!

  2. I am new to all this and brought a ninja 16oz blender. Do you have suggestions on what amounts I use as per your ingredients?
i think following the sugg from your site it may be to much for just a 2 cup little blender. Also wanted to know if I am usung frozen fruit should i also use ice?

  3. Whether you like your smoothies extra green or more on the fruity side, you’ll love to mix them up with the Ninja Professional Blender with NutriNinja Cups. This blender lets you whip up your favorite smoothie with the single-serve option or blend up frozen drinks for your party guests. The tumblers, lids and pitcher are all dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze.

  5. I was wondering if you would be willing and able to show the *making* of the recipe in single-serving amounts? I find it so hard to portion ingredients when I make one smoothie just for myself and end up with WAY too much because YouTube videos always show multiple-serving portions (I guess it’s more visually appealing? A whole bowl of berries as opposed to a cup?) and I’m really trying to live healthy, not overdo the fructose thing before the day has even started :p
