Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

½ cup lemonade http://bit.ly/2ocbgJG
½ lemon, zest and juice
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 banana
Honey or agave to taste

Fuzzy Peach Smoothie

½ cup peach nectar or juice
1 peach, fresh or frozen and diced
1 banana
½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

Cherry Bomb Smoothie

½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup cherries, fresh or frozen and pitted
½ cup pineapple, fresh or frozen and diced
1 banana

Key Lime Smoothie

½ cup almond milk
½ cup vanilla yogurt
1-2 tbsp cream cheese
1 banana
1 lime, zest and juice
2 graham crackers

Cranberry Blueberry Smoothie

½ cup cranberry juice
½ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 banana

  2. Made the strawberry lemonade smoothie and the fuzzy peach smoothie.

    Didn’t have a lemon handy (literally went to the store right before making it to get everything, but forgot the lemon…), but it still tastes lemony. Made it for 3 (including myself) and we all loved it.

    Made the fuzzy peach smoothie (for 3, including maker again) today and it was increeeedible. It didn’t smell like it’d taste like fuzzy peaches, but the taste was great.

    Definitely the 2 favourites I’ve ever made. Thanks! 🙂

  3. These don’t appear to be cold as a smoothie should be. My state is part of the Ocean Spray Co-op and cranberries are horribly bitter not especially sour until they’re cooked.

  4. This is not fresh fruit season nor is it the season when I make lemonade. I use smoothies for my breakfast and I’m vegan so it needs to be frozen fruit at this point in time.

  5. I’m out the door very early in the morning and don’t have time to make the smoothies so early. Would it change anything in the flavor or taste or health if I were to make it the night before?
