  7. I have a different take on, TRUE cravings… That’s your body’s way of telling you what it needs. False cravings are boredom, lack of emotional fitness etc. If everyone out there could experience, …say, a through hike, then the difference between the two would all be crystal clear. Our bodies cannot convert sugar into protein… eating tons of sugar isn’t the answer. Do people understand that this ‘lifestyle ‘ isn’t sustainable for most of the folks on our continent? The sheer amount of produce needed to fuel a human being is just not realistic. Every vlogger I’ve seen living this ‘lifestyle ‘ constantly complain about pain and lack of energy… that’s because your body is repurposing itself by consuming muscle for energy. This lifestyle is a fad… Our closest relatives in nature, chimps, seek out protein every chance they get, they KILL and CANNIBALIZE for protein. that should tell us humans what we’re doing wrong… we’re meant to consume animal proteins… by way of evolutionโ˜บ

  8. I try to avoid nuts and only have half small avo daily which is less than 10% fat i believe. The only thing im confronting is cooked food cravings before period….otherwise im fine with fullyraw diet ๐Ÿ’š

  9. Maybe you could somehow recreate the favorite foods your mom loves with raw foods…certain spices may be the key and not the meat. You had to go solo in the beginning since it was a matter of life or death. Sometimes you need to be your own leader/healer and not wait for the followers to help you. You first need to be an inspiration to inspire others!
