Chocolate Peanut Butter Quinoa Breakfast Cookies

– FRUIT FREE SMOOTHIE BOWL –
2 cups greens
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 an avocado
1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
1/2 – 1 cup liquid of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk)
Toppings of choice

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings!

  1. The first recipe is not entirely gluten free because you spreaded nutella on your TOAST which contains gluten, unless it’s a gluten-free toast?

  2. Ummm….WOAH! Those were amazing. My mouth dropped from that first shot of the nutella. Brownie cookies!? What. I will definitely try these out!

  3. My flax eggs never seem to gel and I’m not sure if its my technique or the brand of ground flax (currently using Spectrum I think). Any tips?

  4. I was looking forward to the cookies so much that I made them as soon as I woke up today, but I made a few modifications.
    I replaced the banana with applesauce because I am not a big fan of the flavor of banana in cookies. I added two teaspoons of brown cane sugar because I think the banana adds more sweetness to cookies than homemade applesauce. Honey instead of maple syrup and shredded coconut instead of quinoa flakes because those were what I had at hand. Finally, I topped the cookies with chopped walnuts and it tastes phenomenal 😍😍😍😍

  6. My latest breakfast favourite has been a recipe I got from Jenny Mustard. It is Turmeric and Apple Porridge – and it is DELICIOUS 😀 Am keen to try recipes of yours I’ve seen – they look and sound amazing 😀
    Question – what’s the powdered mushroom thing about? What are they called again and how do you get them?
