  1. I liked all three but I have only eaten 2 out of the three. The smoothie and avocado toast. I will need to try the egg frittata. (opps spelling) I would like to make a suggestion for the avocado. I make my recipe similar to yours. Toasted bread, sliced avocado, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil. Delish. sometimes I add a fried egg. Love your videos! Thanks!!

    The smoothie and avocado toasts would be great now.
    I like to add protein powder/green powder to my smoothies for an added boost. As well as, organic extra virgin coconut oil and almond flour.
