  1. Hazelnuts, great idea. I usually steam for 7 min, saute onions in pan, add sprouts &onions till caramelized, add a squirt of liquid aminos (great product if you don’t know of it) add toasted pistachios. Very similar to your dish, I will try w/ cranberries and hazelnuts for a variety. thanks for the ideas.

  2. the brussel sprout recipe sounds amazing! I didn’t like them at first but once I tried roasting them I loved them so definitely need to try this and ad in the cranberries and hazelnuts! 😋 and never would of thought to create a quinoa stuffing that sounds awesome too ❤️
