|3 HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES|

|Hazelnut Overnight Oats|
Yield 1 serving

Ingredients:
– 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
– 1 banana – mashed or sliced
– ½ cup almond milk
– 2 tablespoons cacao powder
– 2 teaspoons (or more) agave
– 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pint size glass jar, stir to combine and refrigerate overnight.

|Omega Quinoa Cereal|
Yield 1 serving

Ingredients:
– ¾ cup quinoa puffs
– Sliced banana
– 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
– 1 teaspoon agave nectar

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pint size glass jar, stir to combine and refrigerate overnight.

|Apricot Almond Granola Bars|
Yield 9 bars
Ingredients:

-1 cup pitted dates
-1/3 cup agave nectar
-1/4 cup almond butter
-1/2 cup raw almonds – sliced or chopped
-1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
-1/2 cup chopped apricots

Directions:
1. Line a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a food processor puree the dates until they are a sticky consistency. Then add in the agave nectar, almond butter, almonds, oats, and apricots. Pulse until the mixture is combined.
3. Then press the mixture into the baking dish. And freeze for 15-20 minutes, until firm. Slice into bars. Store in an air-tight container or the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
