In this video I show you guys 3 quick and easy breakfasts that are healthy and nutritious for hockey players!

#1 – Cottage Cheese Pudding

-1 scoop vanilla protein
-1 cup cottage cheese
-3 tablespoons oats
-1 tablespoon ground flax
-2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

#2 – Eggs and Oatmeal

-3 whole eggs
-1 cup egg whites
-1/2 cup oatmeal

#3 – Meat and Nuts

-6oz lean meat
-1/4 cup raw nuts
-1 apple

  1. Great video guys! I used to go with Protein Oats but since I developed Celiac’s even Oats give me trouble. Now I go with a large banana (nature’s energy bar!) and two Tbsp of almond butter.
