  1. Great video ! For the people that try to reduce the fat percentage in their meals, I can recommend leaving out 2 egg yolk because you’ve got still a lot of fat with the avocado 🙂

I loved this video💖will try these breakfasts really soon it will be great if you do more videos like this one😁I have a smoothie idea for you I think you will like it-1 banana,handful spinach,1 kiwi,1 clementine-that’s it.And also you can try making oats cooked on the stove with milk or water and then add cinnamon,cacao,and when you remove it from the stove add a banana or other fruit I like it with the banana🔝and some honey😁
