  2. Just wondering – the addition of coconut oil to the cheesecake will also help it solidify right? Or do we have to keep it always in a freezer? Just wondering if it’s possible to put it in the fridge overnight and keep them in there instead of freezer. Also, thinking of adding chia seed egg to further help them hold the shape

  3. I couldn’t afford the coconut oil (It is expensive where I live and I am on a student budget :/) but the recipes were still very nice! I only got to eat one though, my colleagues ate the rest haaha, I have to make more 😄 Thank you for the inspiration! ❤
