  1. wow, I made the green pesto sauce. Very delicious. I used a whole avo, threw in a handful of spinach, little green onion, 2 garlic cloves & nutritional yeast, a splash of water, I didn’t have cilantro or chili pepper. Very easy & fast too! I’ll definitely make it again. super filling too!

  2. I made the marinara zoodle dish last night. It was REALLY good! I seeded and deveined the Serrano pepper and it was mild with a good flavor. In another of her pasta videos she strains the sauce before topping the zoodles, I would do that with this one as well next time. Mine came out a bit too watery. Love this gal! Her recipes are simple healthy and delicious!

  3. To me, tomato plus raw zucchinis turn out to be too watery, so I opt for the second recipe :). Will try it soon.
    Also, I have to say that you look so natural in this Video, in the recent videos you seem to wear so much make-up, which I think isn’t necessary, but that’s just my opinion.
