In this video, i have shown 2 recipes of the healthier version of sandwiches which will promote weight loss. These sandwiches are protein, vitamins, and minerals rich. It is also low in calories you can have it in the breakfast as well as in the lunch. It will give you the feeling of fullness.

-First Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
 1 small bowl Green gram(Moong Dal)
 1-2 pieces of apple
 3-4 garlic cloves (lehsun)
 1 green chili
 1 TSP roasted Flax seeds powder(alsi)
 1 TSP roasted cumin seeds(jeera)
 Carrot
 Onion
 Pink Himalayan Salt
 Brown/Multi grain Bread

Second Sandwich Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1) Two and a half TBSP Crumbled Paneer
2) One an half TSP Fresh curd( strain the water before use)
3) 1 green chili
4) Finely chopped tomato
5) Finely chopped onion
6) Pink Himalayan salt
7) One fourth TSP roasted Flax seeds powder(alsi)
8) One fourth TSP cinnamon powder(dalchini)
9) Half banana it will enhance the taste(optional)
10) Brown/Multi grain Bread
