I’m Aja Dang and here are 10 of my favorite smoothie recipes for a easy, healthy and vegan breakfast! I normally eat smoothies for breakfast because they are so easy to make but here are my top 10 favorite smoothies that taste delicious and can easily be made before work or school! While this isn’t a weight loss video, these ingredients are all healthy and packed with protein!

FAVORITE GREEN SHAKE:
protein powder:
flax oil: 1 tbsp
spirulina powder: 1 tbsp
3 cups spinach
1 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milks
2 dates

PEACHES AND CREAM SHAKE:
protein powder:
frozen peaches: 1 cup
whole fat coconut milk: 2 cups
pumpkin pie spice: 2 tsp
ginger: 1 tsp
almond butter:2 tbsp
sprinkle with coconut flakes

BLACKBERRY COCONUT MILK SHAKE
protein powder
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 banana
10 oz unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ice

MALTED MACA MILK SHAKE
1 1/2 cups cold water
4 ice cubes
1/4 cup raw cashews
2 tsps maca powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut nectar

COCONUT RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
1 cup raspberries
coconut milk
2 tbsp cocoa nibs or powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
few drops of stevia
protein powder

MOCHA STYLE BREAKFAST SHAKE
16 oz coconut milk
2 tbsp almond butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tsp cacoa powder
chocolate protein powder
stevia drops

AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup raw cashew, soaked
2 large dates
1 avo
1 banana
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup coconut milks
1/2 cup ice
pinch of salt

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
2 cups mango
1 cup pineapple
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
3 dates
juice from one line
1 cup ice
2 tbsp chia seeds

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
2 cups milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 small figs
1/2 cup cashew
2 tbsp raw cacoa powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp coconut syrup

PINA COLADA
1 cup pineapple
1 can coconut milk
3 bananas

  1. I was finally able to try all of your smoothes and actually enjoyed all of them. I was kinda stuck making the same one every morning. Oh and BTW, you are the one that got me on the smoothie road. You did a what I eat in a day and featured the Nutrabullet to make them. Which I then bought and LOVE. My favorite of your smoothes are FAVORITE GREEN SHAKE, BLACKBERRY COCONUT MILK SHAKE and the AVOCADO SMOOTHIE. Who would have thought to use dates for sweetness! You warned us about the spirulina powder and damn, does it make the smoothie look like slime…hahaha. Love you!!!!

  2. Thank you for mentioning how bad palm oil is! The palm oil industry is one of the biggest problems for endangered rhinos, orangutans, and many other animals who live only in our rainforests… not to mention how bad it is for our bodies- and yet it is in so many foods. 🙁

  3. Totally agree with the no palm oil rule- it’s so bad for our health AND our planet. And really, the only ingredient in any nut butter should be nuts! No salt or sugar needed 🙂

  4. My husband and I love protein smoothies for breakfast! I usually do frozen banana, peanut butter and vanilla protein powder with milk. I will try some of these for sure!

    Is there a time when you prefer the canned coconut milk and times when you use the stuff in the carton?
