  1. Knew I had to burn around 7 lbs, but every weight loss program and technique I tried, let me down. I merely never received any considerable results. But the diet “lyly amazing guide” (Google it) ended up to be the system for me. Within just only one week, seven days, I actually lost 10 lbs.

I followed the written meal prep and followed this online, …lets just say Rawvana needs to organize it better, some items on shopping list not used, some recipes hard to find as there are no links on this video to them and the dry and cooked measurements make it so you end up making way too much. Spent most all day on my feet shopping and getting items and cooking. Where do you use the regular potatoes besides the veggie soup, are you adding one to the mash? How about the frozen peas? What are you adding to recipes on the video without mentioning them and how much? I ended up just winging some of it as I know it won’t hurt. But wanted to not waste my time and money on making too much.

  3. +Rawvana English If you mix the avocado with a small amount of vinegar or citrus juice immediately after cutting it, it will not turn brown as quickly. The same applies to bananas.
